A new coffee shop has opened in Festival Walk🏢, originally with locations in Wan Chai's Elements and Hopewell🏘️. You can easily spot it when you enter the mall from the station👀. This shop is a sub-brand of The Grand HK🏠. It is divided into three sections: a coffee shop, an ice cream shop, and a cake shop🧐. They also sell a variety of handmade baked goods and desserts🙌🏻. The most familiar one is the cake shop cookies from Le Palace at Lisboa Hotel in Macau🍪. Their house blend coffee comes in two varieties: 'Daytime Hong Kong' and 'Nighttime Hong Kong'🫘. The main difference is the nutty flavor and the fruity flavor☕️. I chose the latter, which stands out with the refreshing notes of nectarine, cane sugar, and jasmine. Delicious🍑🎋🌼. As a surprise, I also received a butterfly cake, which was very crispy🦋. At the back, the ice cream shop offers 10 different flavors🍦. Besides Sicilian pistachio and coffee flavors💚☕️🍨, I also want to try the two Japanese flavors: Shikoku yuzu and stem sesame🍋.
