If you're looking for a comfortable hairy crab feast, the set menu at Star Club is definitely worth a try! They offer options for one, four, and six people. This time, my family and I each ordered a set for one, which includes three hairy crabs: two male crabs and one female crab! The male crabs weigh about 250 grams each, and the female crab about 150 grams, with tender meat and rich roe. The appetizer is an innovative crab roe garlic bread, with crispy garlic bread filled with crab roe, offering a unique and delightful taste. Next is the fresh crab roe soup dumplings, bursting with soup and the fresh flavor of crab roe. Following that are the fish maw chicken soup and crab roe shrimp balls with crispy rice. The bouncy shrimp balls paired with crab roe are incredibly flavorful and appetizing. The serving method for the hairy crabs is also interesting. You eat one crab at a time, ensuring the crab meat doesn't get cold. Opening the crab shell reveals the rich crab roe, making your mouth water. Finally, the set includes crab roe rice and vegetables in superior broth, ending with ginger tea glutinous rice balls, which are warming and a perfect finish.
