Super delicious "Mickey salmon rice ball"

This time I stayed in a Book A Room. Due to the severe epidemic situation, I originally planned to order room service, but when I saw that there were not many diners, I went to Cui Le Ting Lunch. I always had buffet before, this time I ordered a lunch set ~ Appetizers: Braised abalone, vegetarian pork stuffed with tomatoes, salad eggplant (Yes, eggplant is delicious) Main course: Japanese thick-cut pork cutlet, vegetable tempura, cooked salmon rice ball, miso soup (The pork chop was fried crispy but the meat was a little soft, the tempura was crispy, but the most surprising thing was the salmon rice ball, which was super fragrant! It’s a pity that there was only a small ball 😅 The soup was too salty,) Dessert platter: red bean green tea pudding, grapefruit cake, and another one should be Raspberry mousse (The desserts here are always good, very much to the taste of Hong Kong people ~ not sweet 😄) I also tried the "Stir-fried Morel Penne with Green Bean Sauce" (Taste is average) In summary, the environment is beautiful, the dining is comfortable, and you can enjoy lunch without spending time going to Tung Chung or Tsing Yi.
