This place, Leisurely Tea Time in Yuen Long, has been around for a long time, and some of their dim sum dishes are quite creative. Spring Breeze Cheung Fun $42 I order this creative cheung fun every time I come here. The rice noodle roll has a crispy net inside, with shrimp and corn filling, topped with crab roe. It has a crispy texture, reminiscent of fried dough, and a rich mouthfeel. Garlic Shrimp Spring Rolls $28 Three spring rolls, pre-fried to a perfect crisp without being too oily. The filling is generous, with shrimp and shredded vegetables. Satay Beef Tripe $31 The beef tripe comes in about 5-6 pieces, tender and served on a bed of tofu skin. Chicken Feet and Pork Ribs Rice $42 The rice is steamed in a lotus leaf, with a generous amount of pork ribs.
