Hidden Western Restaurant in an Industrial Building

My first time dining in an industrial building in San Po Kong, this hidden Western restaurant with many good reviews is located at Exit A2 of Diamond Hill Station, about a 10-minute walk away. Although the entrance is not very conspicuous, it's not hard to find. The restaurant's entrance isn't particularly decorated, but inside, you can see that the restaurant has put effort into decorating the environment. Near the entrance and at the far end, there are 'happy birthday' decorations, making it a nice spot to celebrate birthdays and take photos. Fermented Bean Curd Mongolian Lamb Saddle with Fries 🍟 A fusion dish of Chinese and Western cuisine, the fermented bean curd flavor is not too strong and not overly salty, pairing well with the lamb saddle. The lamb has a strong flavor, which is perfect for those who enjoy the taste of lamb. The meat is cooked just right. The fries are not overly greasy, and there's half a garlic 🧄 on the side. If you like garlic and its pungent taste, you should definitely eat it. Eel Omelette Rice The eel is quite large and placed on top of the omelette rice. The egg is cooked to the right consistency, golden yellow with a bit of runny yolk. There's some salad on the side, and the eel sauce is not overly sweet. Smoked Salmon Quinoa Salad The chef thoughtfully shaped the smoked salmon into a flower. There's a soft-boiled egg on top of the salad, and the greens are quite fresh. The dressing is well-balanced, with a sweet and sour taste that is quite appetizing. The quinoa portion is just right, making it a good dish. Soup of the Day It seems to be pumpkin 🎃 and carrot 🥕 soup. The texture is not too thick, and the flavors of both ingredients are well-balanced, not overpowering each other. It's smooth and pleasant to drink. Matcha Milk (Hot) It has a latte art design, with a rich and creamy milk flavor. It's smooth and served at the right temperature.
