First, let's look at the star of the show, the oysters🦪. They aren't very thick, but they are very fresh~ They have a strong seawater taste and a bit of a metallic flavor~ These are among the best quality oysters I've had at a buffet👍~ For less than 200 HKD per person, having oysters of this quality is really good🥰~ However, there are usually about 7-8 people in line each time, but I managed to get three rounds👌~ There's also a cold counter with chilled seafood and salads🥗, including large prawns🦐, mussels, and snails, as well as smoked salmon🐟~ In addition to salad greens, there are also some pickled appetizers, and the most surprising item is the bamboo shoots😍~ The hot food section features Southeast Asian flavors, so there's tom yum soup with large prawns🥣 and various curries🍛~ I particularly liked their Thai fish cakes and fried spring rolls🍤~ Their teppanyaki and live cooking stations are also good, offering grilled corn🌽 and okra~ There's also a stir-fried pork dish that tastes good🐷, though it's a bit tough~ Additionally, there's a noodle station with either Vietnamese beef broth or laksa broth🍜~ For desserts, they have unlimited Movenpick ice cream🍨. I thought that even if the food wasn't good, I'd be happy just eating the ice cream😆~ But they also have waffles🧇 and my mom's favorite, fried banana mochi🍌~ It feels like fried banana cake, chewy and soft~ There are also some small cakes🍰, which seem to be low-sugar~ But they taste good, and the cheesecake is delicious🫐~ Overall, the quality at this price point is unbeatable🏆~ The main highlight is the quality of the oysters👍~ By the third round, they didn't seem as fresh as the first round, maybe because they weren't kept cold enough🤏~ All the main dishes are decent~ The only downside is that the drinks are limited to tea and coffee🫖.
