Learning coffee latte art for the first time🥳 It turned out to be super fun! That day I participated in the "Latte Art Latte Art Workshop" at POSH COFFEE CLUB in Lai Chi Kok ~ I managed to pull a small heart out with my own hands ☕️ It was really super satisfying ~ The coffee shop uses cool-colored clear-water concrete walls and minimalist Japanese style as the design focus, creating a simple and neat atmosphere🤍 Specially selected quality single-origin coffee beans, the brewed coffee is more unique and flavorful. The shop advocates "Coffee Club more than a coffee shop", the shop holds different types of coffee workshops from time to time, gathering a number of fine coffee lovers 🥳 so that more people can experience coffee culture. The "Latte Art Latte Art Workshop" I attended that day lasted about 1 hour🤍 Even if there is zero foundation for latte art, it is very suitable to attend. Before making the coffee, the instructor explained to us the basics of coffee beans and the principles of making Espresso. It turns out that every morning the barista will test the flavor of the Espresso base, taste the state and taste of the coffee of the day, to fine-tune the amount of coffee powder. Then they showed us how to shoot with an espresso machine ☕️ to make Espresso for Coffee base, and then we took turns to practice. Learned to hit Shot, the instructor demonstrated to us latte art, and also carefully explained the secret 🥳 The most basic easy to learn latte art pattern is heart shape, seemingly simple, in fact, each step must be very fine. The instructor used a few gestures to pull out a beautiful heart💗 We first use water instead of milk foam - to familiarize ourselves with the gestures. After trying it a few times, feel a little mastery, you can use milk foam to pull flowers🥳 My first life latte art ~ hands trembling ~ out of the heart is more attentive and eccentric 😆 not perfect, but enough to make me very excited 👍🏼 super satisfied!
