【Hong Kong】Bethany Convent: Neo-Gothic Architecture Declared Monument

Bethany Convent was built by the French Missionaries in 1875. It is the only neo-Gothic building in Hong Kong. After restoration and reconstruction, it is now the second campus of the Academy of Performing Arts. As a statutory monument in Hong Kong, it is well worth a visit. However, please note that the small auditorium is usually not open to the public, and the interior of the building is a school building so it is also not open to the public. Visitors can only visit and walk around the periphery. #HongKongTour #HongKongHistoricMonuments
