I Love Ah Yat Lemon Tea!

Recently, the most popular hand-shaken drink has to be lemon tea! Being a fan, I have tried most of the tea shops around, and for now, my favorite is Ah Yat Lemon Tea. This day, as I was passing through Tsuen Wan, I certainly did not miss out on this newly opened Ah Yat Lemon Tea. It turns out they already have 9 branches, which is quite a rapid expansion. For this type of tea shop, Ah Yat Lemon Tea is indeed quite sizable. There are seats available while waiting for the drinks, and they have set up many photo spots, which is perfect for people like us who can't live without our phones. The brand's philosophy of health and freshness, with a firm stance against using any additives, is very appealing to me. Ah Yat Lemon Tea uses high-quality fragrant lemons from their own orchard to brew the drinks. Seeing the staff scrubbing each lemon peel, the fresh lemon fragrance immediately fills the air. Each cup of tea is made to order to ensure freshness! Lemons and ice are added to the cup, hand-crushed, and then topped with beautifully pulled tea, creating a freshly made hand-shaken lemon tea drink that is very much worth the tens of dollars. I chose the shop's signature drink, Hand-Shaken Duck Shit Aroma Lemon Tea for $34. The tea base is Phoenix Single Bush Duck Shit Aroma, a fragrant tea with a bright orange-yellow color and a scent somewhat like orchids. However, the taste is rich and mellow with a unique and lingering mountain charm. Adding fresh fragrant lemons brings out a refreshing aroma that is fragrant but not astringent, and it's super delicious. Because it was so tasty, I even took two more cups to go to enjoy with my dad in the car. The Pineapple Bitter Melon Lemon Tea for $38, made with Golden Diamond pineapple, lemon, fragrant Four Seasons green tea, and bitter melon, creates this refreshing and aromatic lemon tea. It doesn't have a hint of bitterness, and even my dad, who doesn't like half-ripe melon, fell in love with it. Its taste is truly extraordinary. The Mango Sago Pomelo for $35 is also very special! The coconut milk and mango blend perfectly to create a sweet but not cloying taste, with the addition of pomelo sacs and agar pearls making it full of texture. One cup not only tastes delicious but also fills you up.
