#New Year Good Places 2024 Went to the Ritz-Carlton, Michelin 2 stars🌟, the service is attentive and professional, the value for money is very high, I will definitely encore😇 The quality of dim sum is very high, especially the seafood three-style dumplings, including XO sauce lobster steamed dumplings, duck liver blue shrimp dumplings and black caviar shrimp dumplings, all three are very characteristic, full of freshness 😋 Supreme crispy trio is another signature, black truffle lobster cheese tart, star eel phoenix liver bacon pastry and golden silk crab claws are crispy and not greasy 😍 How can Chinese food be without char siu? The staff was kind to help us arrange half portion, can try a few more dishes 👍🏻 Char siu half fat and lean, loose mouth, seasoning I think a little more sweet is better 😆 The staff service was very professional, each dish was introduced in detail, and very proactive, definitely five star service!
