The restaurant is mainly booths, dim and very romantic, suitable for friends and couples to dine/check in 👯♀️ 🌙Dinner Set $470/pp 💁🏻♀️Appetizer 🥗Caesar salad with bacon and parmesan cheese The whole vegetable is special 😳 but some parts are bitter 😂 🥖Italian cheese + pine nuts + pickled pearl onions + pomegranate balsamic vinegar with sourdough toast The bread is baked very fragrantly, the cheese tastes light but very fragrant, and the texture and taste are richer when paired with other ingredients😉 💁🏻♀️Main course 🥩Beef Wellington with Thousand Layer Potatoes + Beans + Pepper Sauce (+$288) Almost every table orders it, and it is also the restaurant's signature dish. Usually, it costs $988 a la carte. The beef tenderloin is pre-cooked, but the sauce is cooked by a dedicated person on the spot. Because of the addition of alcohol, there will be a big fire, which is very eye-catching. When the beef tenderloin was cut, the pastry was very crispy and you could hear a crackling sound, but when it was served, it was soft and the skin and meat were separated 😵💫 The beef tenderloin was very tender, but the edges were a little tough 🫠 Even though two pieces per person is small, with lots of creamy baked potatoes and vegetables, it is very filling 🫄🏾 💁🏻♀️Dessert 🍍Vanilla candied pineapple with coconut sorbet I didn't taste it, but it didn't look good.
