The filling is chicken puree and spinach. Although it is also chicken, it is obvious that the flavor and seasoning are carefully considered. The flavors complement each other and it is delicious! The mashed potatoes are smooth, have a strong butter flavor and a tender texture. Beef Tenderloin: Before the dishes are served, the waiter will first provide several knives with different characteristics for diners to choose from. The beef was ordered medium rare and the chef controlled the heat very well! No overcook! The outer layer is oily and fragrant! But it has not yet reached another level of change.
