It has been very popular recently. Among them, Yamamotoya is the first branch in Hong Kong, and long queues are often seen. Although the online reviews were average, I still tried it myself. The Japanese owner was very hospitable and polite. There weren't many types of food to choose from, and the main dishes were udon and tempura/fried food, upholding the Japanese tradition of dedication.
