Sipping a drink at the top of Victoria Harbour

#hongkongtrip The Ozone Bar in Hong Kong is located at 118th floor, and is touted as one of the highest points. The "Fire" cocktail is inspired by fire, one of the five elements. True to its name, the waitress lit up what looked like a leaf or paper on the glass rim. The rim was coated with sugar and chilli to add a spicy kick to the citrusy cocktail when you drink it. The staff were amazing as not only was their English very fluent, but also patiently explained to me the redemption process and waited for me to get ready the camera for the instagram worthy moment before lighting up the cocktail. A free side was also given to me, and I was not judged for just having my cocktail without ordering anything else. Upon my request, I was also allowed to move to an outdoor seat from the bar counter to enjoy the unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour and feel the night breeze when there was an available seat.
