Sai Wan｜Blend & Grind｜Bar-style coffee shop

Jingjing likes to check in, so of course she has to go to a coffee shop in Sai Wan. This time she went to a very special little shop, a coffee shop that serves cocktails. The shop is located on the ground floor of Gieseck Street, close to the tram and bus station, so the transportation is quite convenient☺️. - The environment is in a Western bar style, with a mixed cement exterior wall decorated with plants, and there are outdoor seats. The shop specializes in French toast, so I ordered two to try. There are many choices of drinks, including coffee, herbal tea, juice and cocktails🙈. - ▪︎Mocha HKD$45｜Matcha Latte HKD$40 The hot drinks have beautiful latte art, of course you have to check in 🐿📸💕. The hot chocolate coffee has a strong flavor, it feels like the taste of dark chocolate, because it is not too sweet🤩. I added $2 of soy milk to the matcha, the tea tastes sweet and slightly bitter, and it tastes better when brewed with soy milk 😚. - ▪︎Raspberry cheese French toast HKD$138 The food is exquisite and special in appearance, and looks a bit like a hamburger. The ingredients include hibiscus raspberry jam, mascarpone cheese, white chocolate (chocolate), mixed berries and cream. This feels fresher and is quite appetizing in summer 😚. - ▪︎Signature avocado toast HKD$115 This is the store’s signature dish, and it comes with 4 pieces and looks attractive. The ingredients include avocado puree, cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, lemon, olives and thyme yeast.
