Quarry Bay's stylish restaurant: first try of Yakitori Omakase

I think I eat chicken quite a lot (compared to other meats), but this is the first time I’ve tried chicken omakase! This stylish Japanese restaurant in Quarry Bay has half of its space occupied by a counter facing the cooking counter. The lighting creates a nice atmosphere. The yakitori omakase is centered around chicken, with everything from the most common parts to those you've heard of for the first time. The entire set menu has 18 dishes, which is very rich. 🔹Chicken esophagus The crispy chicken entrails are very refreshing, I really like the taste of the salt flakes, and the portion is just right. 🔹Chicken comb (chicken fish maw) It is rare to have the opportunity to eat this part.
