A very convenient hotel in Hong Kong

The location of the hotel is very convenient and just a walking distance to Causeway Bay. The hotel is located next to the train station and nearby tram Ding Ding stations as well. Besides there is a direct bus A17 from outside of the hotel to the HKIA airport. The check in service of the hotel is quite mediocre and not attentive at all and lack of staff. The room was spacious as we were being upgraded to a suite room with two beds and two toilets. The room is clean and tidy and has all the necessary amenities. The gym is available but guest has to walk to another sister hotel two lots away under Dorset Hotel 2nd floor and has to go through a few stairs. Room rate is average.
