Address: Shop 101-102, 1/F, Yalan Centre, 639 Nathan Road, Mong Kok Environment: Spacious environment, space between seats, feeling comfortable Features: Taiwanese cuisine, slow cooked pork hands Rating: 9/10 Taiwanese restaurant chain, this is the second time to visit, the food quality is still maintained. This time I ordered three dishes, namely slow cooked pork hands, stewed beef gluten and stewed tofu. The slow-cooked pork hand is tender and sweet; the beef gluten tastes good, not rubber band flavor; the stewed tofu is served with shredded wood fish, which is both soft and hard, salty and a little sweet.
