Michelin-starred restaurant Ming Court

Ming Court is the Chinese restaurant of Courtyard by Marriott next door to Langham Place in Mong Kok Since 2009, it has been awarded the star honor of Michelin Restaurant🤩 This time we had a set meal for one table. We had negotiated the menu with the restaurant manager beforehand I've eaten here several times before, the food quality is quite high😇 This time was good, but I don't know if it's because of the new employee The serving is a bit unfamiliar, and very slow 😔 The whole meal took almost two hours to serve all the dishes Ming Court Lunch Set 🍱Healthy three-color dumplings: beef liver mushroom elm ear spinach dumplings, wormwood fresh shrimp crab meat carrot dumplings, scallop lamb belly mushroom beetroot dumplings I think the three-color dumplings are delicious😋 Although the skin is not particularly thin, but very chewy 👍 The filling of the dumplings is also very innovative, all three are very tasty😆 🐷Ming Court three small plates: pieces of skinny suckling pig, five spice roast pork belly, and supreme honey char siu Honey-glazed char siu is the signature dish of Ming Kok.
