📍Samsen Sheung Wan (G/F, 23 Jervois St, Sheungwan, Hong Kong) A Thai restaurant located in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Personally, it was incomparably delicious compared to other Thai restaurants in Hong Kong. It's a place where I make time to visit once a week! The taste is so good that you have to wait during peak lunch and dinner hours!! My recommended Samsen combinations are Wagyu Beef Wok Fried with Chili&Garlic&Holy Basil, Fried Wagyu Beef Rice, and Pad Thai Noodles of Tiger Prawns. When you're feeling a little tired of Pad Thai, try Wagyu Fried Rice and Wagyu Chili Meat Stir-Fry for a fantastic noodle + rice combination! And for those who enjoy salads, I also recommend Samsen's Papaya Salad! The unique sourness of Papaya Salad cuts through the greasiness of Thai food. Lastly, if you want to try Thai desserts, you should definitely try Samsen's Sweet Roti series (banana, coconut, nutella, ice cream) or Thai Mango Sticky Rice! Mango Sticky Rice (a combination of coconut milk and sticky rice) is a traditional Thai dessert that is relatively divisive, so if you don't like trying new things, I recommend the Sweet Roti series. Samsen is not only great for food, but also has a very trendy interior, making it a great place to take a great photo :) Be sure to ask your friends, lovers, and family to take a photo for you! !!
