Kaotha Seafood Restaurant is a very secretive place which are mostly well-known to the local people of Rayong. I discovered this place via Google and let Google Map take me to it by car from Pattaya. It's about 1.5 hours drive. It's located at Suchada Beach of Rayong province. The prices of foods here are quite reasonable and you will get very fresh seafood. I'll definitely come here again.
