Quan an Cuong

#celebratewithtrip Quan an Cuong is a restaurant located at 1 Nguyen Hoang, An Hoi, Hoi An, Quang Nam, along Hoi An Night Market. The restaurant is not very large, with a diverse menu of vietnamese and western cuisines. I had ordered Cau lau and White Roses, both of which are the specialty foods of Hoi An. Cau lau is a regional Vietnamese dish, consisting of pork and greens on a bed of rice noodles made from rice which has been soaked in lye water. White roses are Hoi An dumplings, the rice paper is translucent and wrapped with meat or shrimp to resemble a flower shape. Both of the foods taste not bad, but the portions are also small.
