Yamaguchi 🇯🇵 Hofu Tenmangu Shrine

Hofu Tenmangu Shrine is "Japan's first Tenmangu Shrine" and enshrines Sugawara no Michizane, who is revered as the god of learning. It is collectively known as the Three Great Gods of Japan along with Kitano Tenmangu Shrine in Kyoto and Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in Fukuoka.
