Many Admins and members have visited this shop. 🏠The shop is located in a quiet alley on Tran Dinh Xu street. The space is beautiful and the design is beautiful. 🥐🍰Today I only ordered some basic cakes. √ Croissant cake is fragrant and spongy with delicious butter, inside is slightly bitter Valrhona Chocolate. √ Painsuise cake has a crispy dark brown crust, soft and moist cake inside with a faint scent of Truffle. The shop shared that Truffle paste and chopped fresh truffle in the cake mixed with a handful of fat and light cream is very delicious. On top of the cake is Parmesan cheese powder to enhance the flavor. In my opinion, this cake should be cooled a bit after baking to be more delicious than when eaten hot. The cake crust will be crispy. √The St Honore cake here is delicious. The shop's Choux dough is standard. Covering the choux crust is a layer of caramel that is not too hard. Instead of using fresh cream in between the choux layers, the shop uses white chocolate mixed with good quality fresh Mascapone and caramel that tastes rich and buttery. At first, I thought there was butter inside but it wasn't. 🍵For the drink, I ordered Matcha with milk, which is normal and nothing special. The cup is bigger than other Matcha shops. Haven't tried the shop's pastries yet. I will try and review more next time. The price is quite high but I think it's worth it because the shop uses good ingredients. The cake is also quite full.
