Parking in front of the shop (Free - with a caretaker). Drinks + price: reasonable, over 30k. The day I went, I ordered 1 passion fruit cheese cake 35k (fragrant, soft sponge cake layer mixed with sour, fatty passion fruit) 1 Ahmad tea of choice 45k (1 cup - fragrant, strong tea) 8/10. The shop also sells salted egg sponge cake, plant pot tiramisu, sausage bread. Located: 551/63 Street, Phap Thanh Pagoda, Hiep Thanh, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
