A Pleasant Stay at the

Unexpected luxury! I could tell this was going to be a 5 star hotel given the pictures of the hotel exterior and interior on Trip.com, but the class level of this hotel kept pleasantly surprising me throughout the stay. The lobby was rather grand, spacious with a piano, lobby lounge and drop off area. A little essence of European vibes. Welcome drinks provided as well. The room was comfortably big, which is a luxury when staying in the capital. Had the interior design of modern day 5 star hotel rooms, balancing together with subtle classic European looks with the furniture, walls and toilet. Breakfast was amazing. The kind where the spread is delectable and large. Vietnamese, western, sushi, pastries, desserts, fruits. Too many choices. First hotel I’ve seen with a system to deliver your live stations food to your table (eggs, pho, bahn mi). The little things: A fresh rose in the room (I thought it was fake till I saw the staff with a trolley full of watered roses in the corridor). Quality amenities. Branded soaps. Quality toiletries (except shaver). Bath salts. Room amenities given in a paper bag when requested.
