Tet New year's eve celebration

#hochiminhcity We were lucky enough to be in Ho Chi Minh City during the Tet New year's eve celebrations. Having planned on visiting the park anyway we found that it had been converted into a flower, food and music festival for the celebration. It was amazing. The flowers, lights and decorations were the best in the city. There was more food than we could eat, and being vegetarian it was only 10% of what was on offer. The music was strange to our western tastes but great to watch. There were also magicians, dragon dancers and an amazing aquarium. If your in Hcmc during in Tet this should be at the top of your list of places to go. The tickets were 30k each
