You can take the train to JR Katsuta station which is included in the JR PASS. From there, there will be people selling bus tickets along with entrance ticket for the Park. The park is really huge with many varieties of flowers. They are really well taken care of. There are also playgrounds for children to play and also small theme park rides for children.
