I went to Hirakata Park in mid-December. I discovered a hidden gem of a photo spot and date spot. It's the Hirakata Park Rose Garden. (The best time to see the roses in the Rose Garden is late April to late June, and mid-October to late November) At other times, there are fewer visitors, so you can take photos without worrying about others. There are also garden arches scattered around, which are great for photos and make a great date spot. There was also a photo spot using flowers.
