[Hyogo] Himeji Castle, a World Heritage Site that combines history and beauty

#Spring0yenTrip Himeji Castle, as its name "White Heron Castle" suggests, is an impressive castle with a white and elegant appearance, and even from afar, its presence was overwhelming. As I climbed the stone steps toward the castle tower, the roads were intricate and there were many ingenious measures to confuse the enemy, and I was impressed that "this is truly a castle suited to actual battles." When I arrived at the castle tower, I could feel the weight of history in the wooden interior, and the view of Himeji's townscape from above was beautiful, and the breeze was pleasant. As it is a World Heritage Site, it was in excellent condition and the scenery was picturesque from any angle. The surrounding gardens and gates were also worth seeing, and I couldn't stop taking photos. It was truly a famous Japanese castle, combining splendor and practicality.
