A leisurely stroll through Koko-en Garden: The tranquil beauty of Himeji Castle

While visiting Himeji Castle, I came to the adjacent Koko-en Garden, a traditional Japanese garden full of tranquility and beauty. The scenery here is picturesque, and every place exudes a leisurely atmosphere. I took fourteen photos trying to capture the infinite charm of this garden. Kokoen Garden is made up of nine different gardens, each with its own unique style and characteristics. From the traditional pond-filled garden to the bamboo forest trails, every landscape is a fascinating place to linger. The design here is exquisite, whether it is trees, stone lanterns, or flowing water, they all demonstrate the essence of Japanese gardens. What impressed me most was the waterscape design in the park. The winding streams, tranquil ponds and elegant waterfalls together formed a beautiful natural picture. Walking here, it seems as if time has slowed down, making people feel unprecedented peace and relaxation. This visit to Kokoen Garden not only allowed me to appreciate the natural beauty, but also allowed me to deeply experience the charm of Japanese garden art.
