Off the coast of Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu, lies a fairytale-like "undersea hut"—the world's only underwater post office. It is located on the seabed only 30 meters from the coast. Through the crystal-clear seawater, you can clearly see this small blue and white house, as mysterious and attractive as a sunken treasure. Professional divers work as "marine postmen" in this post office. Tourists need to put on diving equipment and swim with the fish 3 meters under the sea to personally put special waterproof postcards into the mailbox. The coral patterns and local totems on the postcards, together with the unique waterproof postmark, have become "ocean love letters" that travelers are eager to collect. It is said that the post office closes at 2pm every day. Unfortunately, when I arrived it was already 3pm. Not only did I miss the romance of the last "underwater letter", but even the stalls selling postcards on the shore had already closed, leaving only the sea breeze sighing, "Try again tomorrow." This regret made me feel its preciousness even more.
