The Chinese Scenic Street, located right across from the shopping mall, is filled with buildings in yellow, a unique Vietnamese color, and the shops are used as restaurants, pubs, and restaurants. There is a hotel, so you can stay there, but I don't recommend it for people whose purpose is not shopping in Yuenancheng. The reason is that it is a bit far from the downtown area and there is not much public transportation, so you will probably feel uncomfortable.
