And of course, there is draft beer from the restaurant's fermentation tanks to order. ➡️ Crispy Grilled Pork Knuckle German pork knuckle served as a whole leg. The skin is thick and crispy. The meat is quite soft, not too dry and tough. Topped with a delicious gravy. Smeared with a little spicy mustard, it's perfect. Served with a big basket of rye bread. ➡️ Schnitzel Viennese Style It's soft pork coated with breadcrumbs and deep-fried, topped with mushroom cream sauce, served with hot French fries and salad. The frying skill is very good. The pork is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy. I like it. For drinks If you don't drink beer, there are also soft drinks and mocktails to order.
