Qing Jie Restaurant is located at Thanon Lamai Songkraw 1, Hatyai District, and is open Tuesday to Sunday from 0730-1400. It is around 10 minutes 850 meters walk from Lee Garden Plaza Hotel. Qing Jie Restaurant is one of the most popular stalls with the braised pork leg, crispy roast pork and pig organ soup. I had ordered their signature dishes pig organ soup, crispy roast pork and a cup of iced coffee. Their soup is not so peppery, inside the soup there is lean meat, belly, pig blood, intestines with salted vegetables and enjoy it with a bowl of rice. The crackling fatty roasted pork was crisp in texture, is a must try when you visit here.
