Kim Yong Market, Hat Yai.

Kim Yong Market is a place where you can find everything. Souvenirs, dried goods, dried fruits, food, and even lottery tickets that are uniquely arranged, though I never win when I buy them. 😭 You must try the Tao Kua near the market sign, but it wasn't impressive. The chicken rice was chewy and delicious, and the grilled red chicken was sweet. After that, take a stroll around the market to see the Hat Yai Clock Tower. The buildings are different from those in Bangkok. There's also the nearby Chue Chang Temple, which is grand but seemed closed inside, so I only walked around the outside. Up close, it looks even more magnificent. Then it was time to eat again. We went to Chokdee Dim Sum, and the Bak Kut Teh was delicious. After that, we returned to eat rice porridge from a red truck and meatballs in front of the market, recommended by locals. 😁
