Can’t Imagine how this Pagoda was Built!

Up on a hill is this peaceful and interesting pagoda made of stainless steel, guarded by naga. Can’t imagine how this was built. Serene and windy place with chimes ringing gently and family of dogs chilling. Another interesting concept is the pockets of spaces depicting Buddha’s life stories that felt like illusionary spaces as you step into each of them. Would like to meet the designer or architect to understand the inspirations behind his/her ideas!💡 Took a grab here and the driver offered to stay and bring us down to next destination.
