Long-distance transfer | Harbin Wanda Vista Hotel I stayed in Harbin for one night during my summer vacation back to the Northeast. I had previously bought a room voucher for the Harbin Wanda Vista Hotel, an executive room type, and found it to be quite cost-effective. So, I booked it for this trip. After checking in at the hotel, I went to the executive lounge for afternoon tea after dropping off my luggage in the room. The executive lounge is quite luxurious in terms of decoration, but I felt that the selection of items was a bit limited. After afternoon tea, I took a taxi to the city center and realized that the hotel is a bit off the beaten path. On the way out, I received a follow-up call from the hotel, which was a bit surprising since most hotels usually follow up close to or after check-out. I honestly mentioned that I felt the executive room was a bit small. The follow-up specialist said they would provide feedback, and after a while, they called back to say they could adjust me to a corner room, which was slightly larger. After returning and changing rooms, I was much more satisfied. In the evening, my child wanted to eat instant noodles, and when I called the front desk, they said they didn't have any, but soon sent up a large plate of fruit. I must say the service was quite attentive, and overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. Harbin City>
