Hanoi, Vietnam "City - Noi Bai Airport - In the plane" The old town was jammed, but the airport was empty!! The procedures were super smooth!!✈️🇻🇳

From Hanoi Old Town, we took a shuttle taxi to Noi Bai Airport. There was heavy traffic in the Old Town, so it took almost an hour in the end, so I think an hour is a safe guideline... I think a taxi on the street would be quite expensive... I recommend the shuttle taxi. The airport's exterior is modern. Inside, it was deserted and empty. It took 15 minutes, including check-in, immigration procedures, and the boarding gate!! And even though only one security line was open. We had plenty of time left, so we went to the lounge. Naturally, the lounge was empty too. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, so it's highly recommended. The plane was empty as well!!
