Nem Nuong Dang Van Quyên This salty Vietnamese spring roll is a favorite among locals. It's a completely different experience compared to the sweet sauce. 🍗 10. Lotteria Hoan Kiem This Vietnamese KFC-like fast food restaurant is popular among locals.
