2-Day 1-Night Hangzhou Itinerary: Unlocking the Poetic Slow Life of West Lake and Lingyin Temple

Accommodation: Xinqiao Hotel on Jiefang Road, convenient transportation, next to Yintai Square Day 1: Go to Feilai Peak and Lingyin Temple at 7:00 AM (it gets crowded after 8:00 AM). For lunch, you can eat at the snack street outside the Lingyin scenic area, and then go to West Lake (the farmhouses by West Lake are not very tasty). In the afternoon, take bus No. 1314 from the Lingyin scenic area and get off near Su Causeway of West Lake. You can choose to walk slowly along Su Causeway to Broken Bridge, take pictures along the way, and enjoy the sunset over West Lake at the corner near Broken Bridge in the evening. You can also choose to take a boat trip on West Lake. In the evening, stroll around Wulin Night Market, have dinner at Kerry Center, and return to the hotel to rest. Day 2: Take the No. 1 water bus from "Wulinmen Wharf" to tour the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The CNY3 water bus should be taken as early as possible, as the interval is long and you have to wait (get off at Gongchen Bridge and visit the 🌟Qiaoxi Historical and Cultural Block🌟, where you can make many intangible cultural heritage handicrafts yourself). Then walk along Xiaohe Road to 🌟Xiaohe Zhijie Historical and Cultural District🌟 (there are several museums along the way that you can go in and see).
