I had an amazing experience celebrating White Day with friends at SOLAR Restaurant. The moment we stepped inside, we were surrounded by pink heart-shaped balloons, creating a romantic atmosphere perfect for capturing memorable photos and ideal for a date. The Iberian Cold Cuts Platter, featuring a mix of Western and Chinese ham served with bread, was incredibly satisfying. The Secret Sakura Foie Gras, balanced with black vinegar and shallots, offered a rich and complex flavor profile. The Mediterranean Octopus, infused with a medley of ingredients, evoked the essence of the ocean. The Spanish Paella, simmered in lobster broth, was a fragrant symphony of seafood and spices. The Caesar Salad was a delightful appetizer. From the steak selection, the Grilled Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a tender interior. The Kingklip with Avocado Puree was a unique and flavorful dish, while the Grilled Cowboy Bone Ribs offered a rich and satisfying texture. For dessert, the Salmon Mille-feuille with XO Jelly and the Italian Cheese Dumplings were both worth trying. The cocktails at SOLAR are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Each drink, from the "Heart of the Ocean" to "Xi Shi" and "Berry Berry," boasts a distinct and captivating flavor. The staff were attentive, professional, and provided excellent recommendations.
