Hiking in Shili Langyao is the best experience of this trip to Hangzhou

We wisely avoided the crowded attractions in Hangzhou such as Lingyin Temple, and chose less popular places such as Jiuxi and Shili Langyao for hiking. I was originally worried about hiking in the rain and the long route, but in reality I really felt that I would regret it if I didn't come. In late winter and early spring, the mist and rain are hazy, just like the hiking experience of "a bamboo stick and straw sandals are lighter than a horse, and a raincoat can protect you from the mist and rain for the rest of your life". My favorite route: Meijiawu Bus Station - Shililangyao - Sanfencha (at the three-way intersection south of the Sanfencha mark on the map, then go south) - Zhenjiyuan (instant noodle supply point) - Jiuxi Village - sightseeing bus to Jiuxi Yanshu - Jiuxi Shibajian - Yangmeiling/Longjing Village. Meijiawu is my favorite village on this trip. It is naturally simple and not overdeveloped. At the beginning, we did not go up the mountain from the archway of Shili Langyao. Instead, we went around to the stone steps of Shili Langyao from the second intersection on the right. On the way, we encountered a large area of ​​beautiful hillside tea plantations and natural scenery. This was my favorite scenery of the whole trip. Unfortunately, when I came the second time, I don’t know if it was because the rain had stopped, but a village road was blocked by three large domestic dogs, so I had no choice but to return. There is a temple called Zhenjiyuan in the south of Shili Langyao, and it is said that great men have visited it many times. There are very affordable instant noodle supplies and enthusiastic temple staff. We took a short break here at noon. 🚌Because this loop route is really long, after arriving at Jiuxi Village, you can consider taking the scenic area's sightseeing bus, which costs 8 yuan per person, which is really conscience, and then go directly to Jiuxi Yanshu and continue walking. ⭐The final destination can be Longjing Village or Yangmeiling, both of which have very convenient bus stops, but you need to pay attention to the operating hours. The road towards Longjing Village is stone and has many streams, while the road towards Yangmeiling is gentle slopes and tall trees and swamps, both of which have their own unique charm. ❗When it rains, the road between Shili Langyao and Jiuxi is slippery, so don't walk on the stone slabs in the middle. Meijiawu has many private tea gardens and non-scenic roads, which are somewhat dangerous. It is recommended to follow the stone steps closely, be careful not to get lost, and don't just go down and end up on the wild mountains.
