Zhejiang University Zhijiang Campus

Visit Zhejiang University Zhijiang Campus, one of the best-preserved missionary universities in China. The campus is home to more than 20 buildings, including a clock tower, main building, library, Shensi Hall, and Dooke Hall. The architecture combines modern European and traditional Chinese elements, with red brick walls and red tile roofs as the main features. Shensi Hall is the main building in the center of the campus. Built in 1911, it is of historical significance. In 2006, the former site of Zhijiang University was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit and was awarded second place for the best-preserved modern university architecture in the world.
