Hangzhou Crystal Orange Hotel - great service

Hotel near West Lake in Hangzhou. The hotel is very nice, 15 minutes' walk to the lake. Next to the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department, close to Intime in77 and Hangzhou Railway Station, a few bus stops away. The bus stop is right downstairs, super convenient. Hotel facilities are well maintained, rooms are clean and tidy. The room was clean, the bed was white, and the room was decorated in a retro style. The buffet breakfast is very rich every day, with a mix of Chinese and Western styles. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, check-in was fast, and she patiently introduced me to nearby restaurants. During my stay, the service staff quickly came to help with any issues, such as adding pillows and quilts, and provided all the services I needed.
