Hangzhou Oriental Culture Park

The park is laid out according to the Eight Trigrams of the I Ching, with Confucian, Buddhist, and Taoist architecture in the same style. Hangzhou Oriental Culture Park's attractions include the thousand-year-old Yangqi Zen Temple, the magnificent Guanyin Temple, the beautiful Huazang World, the splendid Ten Thousand Buddhas Palace, and the Yuhuang Pavilion. Shanrui Lansheng Scenic Area The Great Wall of the scenic area winds along the foot of Yingpan Mountain. It is modeled after the Northern Song Dynasty Great Wall, and you can climb the steps to reach the Sanjiang Pagoda. The Sanjiang Pagoda is a landmark building of the Oriental Culture Park. It is in the Song Dynasty style, with 8 corners and 9 floors, and is 60 meters high. The tower is majestic and beautiful. Climbing the tower and looking into the distance, you will feel the beauty of the ancient poem "Watching the tide in Qiantang, watching the sunset in Yupu, the two wonders of Zhejiang, known as the double wonders of ancient times." Confucian Scenic Area Taoist Confucianism is the mainstream of traditional Chinese culture. Entering the Confucian area of Hangzhou Oriental Culture Park, the 9-meter-high bronze statue of Confucius allows people to admire the image of the "Great Sage and Teacher." The large mural of "Xingtan" tells the historical story of Confucius traveling around the world to teach. The "Dacheng Hall" has statues of the "Five Saints and Eight Confucians," allowing us to learn about the deeds of Confucian scholars in history. The Confucian area will let us understand the profoundness of Confucianism and Eastern traditional culture and its historical and cultural essence. Ancient Yangqi Zen Temple Taoist Oriental Culture Park Buddhist Area - Yangqi Zen Temple was built in the second year of Jiading in the Southern Song Dynasty (1209 AD). It was originally named "Chongfu Yang Temple," and was a magnificent temple with a thriving incense. The temple has a plaque inscribed by Emperor Ningzong of the Song Dynasty.
