There is a seriously underrated treasure town in Zhejiang!

With small bridges, flowing water, white walls, and black tiles, this is the "dream scene" of Jiangnan water towns! Heqiao Ancient Town is located in the west of Lin'an, close to Anhui, and was once the seat of the ancient Changhua County. Over the millennia, there have been many stories between Huizhou and Hangzhou. Heqiao is ranked first because of its "unique business advantage in Tangchang," and the words "Tangchang First Town" on the town gate are still clearly visible. It was once prosperous due to commerce, but later declined due to commerce. Now, there are few tourists, but it has returned to its innocence. The commercial atmosphere is light, and the few shops seem to be run by locals. The water of Liuxi River is extremely clear, and a beautiful wooden bridge spans both banks. The old street of the ancient town is not large, and an hour is enough to stroll around. The ancient town is clean and tidy, but the smell of fertilizer in the fields next to the parking lot and public toilets is "strong" and hits you in the face.
