#eatlikealocal We were lucky to find this amazing noodle place just downstairs from our hotel, the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou West Lake East. It’s super convenient when you don’t want to venture far, and the prices are really reasonable for the quality you get. The star dishes are definitely the signature San Xian noodles, packed with seafood and a rich broth, and the stir-fried pork liver noodles, which are incredibly flavorful and tender.
