Gem Mountain in Hangzhou

In my impression, I have always felt that Gem Mountain and Baochu Tower are the most beautiful backgrounds of West Lake in Hangzhou. This natural green mountain and pagoda add unparalleled beauty to West Lake, Bai Causeway, and Broken Bridge. This time, I finally set foot on Gem Mountain and appreciated the landscape here. Personally, I feel that the mountain is not high, but it is spiritual if there is a view. In fact, there are views everywhere in Hangzhou, each with its own spirit. I started climbing from the small road near the opposite side of the Huanglong Sports Center. As soon as I stepped into it, the hustle and bustle of the city disappeared immediately, replaced by the tranquility of the mountains and forests. On both sides of the trail, towering green bamboos line the road, like a green screen, blocking the outside world. The occasional early exercisers I met all had a look of ease and tranquility, as if they had entered a fairyland isolated from the world. It didn't take long to climb to the Chuyang Platform, which is a good place to watch the sunrise. Standing here, overlooking West Lake, the lake is like a mirror, the lake in the morning light shines with golden light, and the view is extremely wide. Continue to move forward and descend the mountain, passing by Baopu Taoist Temple, this ancient Taoist temple from the Jin Dynasty is quiet and solemn, making me feel the Taoist style that advocates simplicity and nature, and also deeply feel the ancient and profound historical atmosphere. Then, I came to Hamaling. The rocks here are bare, but they are extraordinary, giving people a strange and steep feeling. Standing on the top of the mountain here, I couldn't help but think of the phrase "Want to compare West Lake to Xizi, light makeup and heavy makeup are always appropriate", this is probably the most appropriate description of West Lake. Under Baochu Tower, I seem to be able to feel the breath of the ancient Wuyue Kingdom, and the scene of Qian Liu governing Qiantang seems to be in front of me. This ancient pagoda, a symbol of the city of Hangzhou, has witnessed the changes in history, the changes in the world, and the vicissitudes of the times. Finally, I came to the foot of the mountain. Looking forward, the famous Bai Causeway and Broken Bridge are not far away. The bridge where the legendary White Lady and Xu Xian met, the bridge that has been waiting for a thousand years, and the bridge of love that is looking forward to a beautiful encounter. In a trance, it seems that someone is saying - the tears of West Lake have turned into tender water, let you and I meet!
