Lingyin Temple, Hangzhou

Lingyin Temple on a rainy day is a quiet and tranquil place, so many twists and turns, alleyways and staircases, all whilst looking absolutely stunning. My second visit to this beautiful temple was even more intriguing than the first, it's yellow painted buildings popping out from the gound in the mist. The flowers and trees in their autumn state are very unique. Even the quick drive through the West Lake scenic area was beautiful, trees dropping orange and yellow leaves onto the ground. Linying is famous for it's carved buddhas, but the buildings and the friendly staff really make this place a needed destination to visit. #travelinspiration#historicculture#culturalattractions#nationalpark
